Mugged

Well yesterday I got mugged, all over me wanting to goto the garage and get a Snickers. Well they got away with everything, including my Oyster Card, Bank Card, money, Tesco clubcard, Birth Certificate and ID Card. Oh also my fags and lighter.

The police came and took the details off me anyways and also Martyn's family went on a mission looking for the lads who did it to me but sadly couldn't find them. So at the moment i'm buggered for getting home or anywhere really. Luckily i'm being helped out a bit on my essentials.

Dont call or text me

After being in a rush to get my money out for the cab driver when I arrived at a club I believe I may have dropped my phone within the cab or left it on the seat. The phone is now blocked and so is the SIM Card. So for the moment I am phoneless, so don't think I am being ignorant.

How stupid are traffic wardens?

I am truely ashamed to be called British when we have thick retarded traffic wardens partolling the streets. In the Daily Mail last week it mentioned about a lady who got her car ticketed by a traffic warden. Now this might sound routine if they're parking somewhere dodgy or something, but the poor ladies car had got crushed by a fallen tree. Unbelievable.

XP to act like Vista

Do you like the way that Vista looks in the screenshots and videos that you have seen of it? Well if you still have Windows XP you can make it act and look like Windows Vista. How? You may ask! Well simply by getting a few programs that i'm currently using for my Windows XP. The first program, WindowBlinds, which allows your computer theme to be modified more than what the current Windows Theme editor allows you to do, then to have the amazing ALT + TAB window changing effects you use a program called TopDesk. These two programs when installed and ran makes your computer look like Vista, work like Vista, but is still XP. Pretty cool? Then if you want widgets, use the free Yahoo! Widget Engine. Combining all these together will make your friends and families mouths water!

No alcohol!

Well I spent a few hours in a local pub this evening and me and Martyn were just drinking soft drinks! Yes, don't panic all of you people that think i'm some sort of alckie - only because I do genuinely like a drink every now and then. How many backlinks have you got?

Well I've put up a backlink counter to allow you to see how many backlinks you have pointing to your website. If you don't know what a backlink is, it's simply where a website links to yours. Pretty simple.

To use the tool goto the Web Backlinks page and enter the full address of your website, including the http:// bit and then hit the button then wait a few seconds while your backlinks are counted from the top 3 search engines (Google, Yahoo! and MSN Search)

Week and a half

Well my goodness, how long has it been since I last updated my entries on here... geez! Well the past week and a half I haven't really been at home. First of all I spent a wonderful week at my moms and spending time with my little brother and sister and being able to smoke whereever I wanted (which is soooooo the life! Having a fag, browsing the internet - on wireless, having a few chocolate biscuits too while taking a dump). Also I met up and had a social drink with some of my mature mates over there (Peter, Terry and Steve). Then when I left my moms (thanks Peter for the lifts) I ended up popping over and spending time with my new partner - Martyn - and on the Saturday (17th Feb) we were just walking towards Trafalgar Square when two ladies passed us and I didn't think anything of it, until Martyn pointed out who they were... they were infact the one and only (well two and only) Cheeky Girls! I was well shocked at the fact that I just totally didn't click on when they passed me. So it was one of those photo oppourtunity moments, so out came my beloved k750i and "Girls, smile" and I now have met my first famous person (well people) since I've been down here. Immediately after I sent a mass message to like loads of contacts in my phonebook just bragging that I've just had a picture with the Cheeky Girls. *woo* Go me!

Besides that everything else with me is cool, i've been eating properly too - with party nibbles, rice, chicken, chips, BigMacs and Beef and Onion pies (which Martyn's Mom and Dad cook lovely!)

Algebra and Smoking

Hmmm.. i've just sat and worked out, after looking at one of those NHS get unhooked adverts, that if I stopped smoking I won't really save that much. On average I go through 15 fags a day (sometimes less, sometimes more, so 15 is a decent average) so 15 fags a day, times 365 days a year shows me smoking 5,475 fags a year. So then I divided that by 20 (saying I brought packs of 20) and that shows I only buy 273 packets of 20 fags a year, totally (if £4.36 a pack) £1,190.28, and to be honest that really ain't a lot. I would work out how much I spend on alcohol but I'm too scared to find out the outcome of that! Though I haven't had a drink since last Friday (early morning). :p

So below you will see my wonderful algebraic calculation of how I worked it out.
(((x * 365) / 20) * y) = z
x = smoke a day
y = price of a pack of 20 fags (of your brand)
z = total cost
